If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date of this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you.” You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs’ Petition at or before 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday the 28th day of December 2020, before the Honorable 4th Judicial District Court of Rusk County, at the Courthouse in said County in Henderson, Texas. Said Plaintiffs’ Petition was filed in said court on the 30th day of May 2020 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: ** Defendant, Samuel Wilson Joyner, was negligent in various acts and omissions, which negligence was the proximate cause of the occurrence in question which includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Operating a motor vehicle that had one or more defects. Each of the foregoing acts of negligence were the proximate cause of the collision in question and the injuries and damages of Plaintiffs. as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs’ Petition on file in this suit.
