This lawsuit is based on a motor-vehicular collision occurring on or about January 8, 201 9 at or near the intersetion of Pioneer Drive and Irving Heights Drive, Irving, Texas. The collision was proximately caused by the negligence of Defendant. At the time ofthe collision, Defendant was negligent in one or more ways. The above-referenced accident was proximately caused by the negligence and/or recklessness of the Defendant. As a result of Defendant’s actions, Plaintiff has suffered severe bodily, economic, and mental injuries for which Plaintiff sues.
