THE STATE OF TEXAS TO THE FOLLOWING: Estate of Betty J. Bennett, deceased, and all unknown heirs of Betty J. Bennett, deceased YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO APPEAR AND ANSWER HEREIN at or before 10 o'clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation. Your answer is due no later than 10 o'clock a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020. You may employ an attorney. Your answer must be filed at the office of the Clerk at 100 West Bluff, Woodville, Texas 75979. The suit is numbered 25,531 and is styled "Patricia A. Bartkowiak, et al., v. Estate of Betty J. Bennett, deceased, and any Unknown Heirs of Betty J. Bennett, deceased." The petition in this cause was filed on November 4, 2020 in the ____th Judicial District Court of Tyler County, Texas. This lawsuit is a suit brought under Chapter 29 of the Texas Property Code, for a forced sale of the interest of ESTATE OF BETTY J. BENNETT, deceased, and any UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BETTY J. BENNETT, deceased, in certain real property as reimbursement for property taxes paid by PATRICIA A. BARTKOWIAK and ROY MCKEAN on their behalf. The real property is approximately 0.693 acres in Abstract No. 9, Tyler County and part of the tract of land acquired by J. G. Haralson, Sr. from the heirs of F. M. Smith, further known as Lot No. M-20 on Frog Pond Lake and described in that Warranty Deed dated September 10, 1992 recorded in Volume 532, Page 812, et seq., in the Official Public Records of Tyler County, Texas.
