COMMONWEALTH REALTY COMPANY. -To: COMMONWEALTH REALTY COMPANY, Defendant: GREETING: NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 AM on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you." You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10:00 o’clock AM on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, December 28, 2020, before the Honorable 102nd District Court of Bowie County, at the Courthouse in said County in New Boston, Texas. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: This action concerns title to the real estate described as follows: Lot Numbered Twelve (12) in Block Numbered Two (2) of PINEY HILLS SUBDIVISION being a portion of the Thomas Price Headright Survey, A-466, according to the map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in Volume 40, Page 325, Plat Records of Bowie County, Texas, as is more fully shown by the Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.
