You may employ an attorney, but you are not required to do so. The petition of Ricardo Perez Petitioner, was filed in the Justice of the Peace, Pct 4, of Webb County, Texas on 8/4/2020, by Kristen Adams, attorney for Plaintiff, Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid 1702 Convent Ave. Laredo, TX 78040, against Laredo Home Improvement, Jose Antonio Badillo, and Mario Rivera Defendants and numbered 2020SC001682J4 and entitled Ricardo Perez vs. Laredo Home Improvement, Jose Antonio Badillo and Mario Rivera. The nature of this suit is as follows: Plaintiff, Ricardo Perez, has sued Defendants Laredo Home Improvement, Jose Antonio Badillo, and Mario Rivera for breach of contract. Under the Contract at issue, Defendants were responsible for the design and construction of a living space for the Plaintiff.
