TO: Michael Cox and to all who it may concern. NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. You (and each of you) are hereby commanded to appear before the 278th District Court, at the Courts Building thereof, located at 1100 University Avenue, Huntsville, Walker County, Texas 77340 by filing a written answer at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. of the first Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being 12/07/2020. If you do not file an answer by 12/07/2020 a default judgment may be taken against you.
