PR-20-00357-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Hiromi Kubokawa, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 30, 2020, to answer the Amended Application to Determine Heirship filed by James R. Niwa, on the October 21, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Hiromi Kubokawa, Deceased, No. PR-20-00357-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on August 14, 2017 in Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Hiromi Kubokawa, Deceased.
