CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WOOD TO: ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES EDWARD MULLINS, DECEASED, Cause No. 13,793 in County Court in and for Wood County, Texas Lynn Grills, applicant in the above numbered and entitled case, filed on the 16th day of November, 2020 in Wood County, an Application for Heirship Determination in Wood County. Applicant requests that the Court to determine the persons who re Decedent’s heirs and only heirs and the heirs’ respective shares and interests in this Estate; and that a necessity exists for an administration of Decedent’s Estate.
