Battles, Deceased, No. PR-17-01634-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on April 11, 2017 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Isaac I.
