CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: RICHARD HUGHES IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD ROBERT HUGHES, II, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 2019-PC-0294, IN THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW OF GUADALUPE COUNTY MICHELLE TAYLOR, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on November 10, 2020 a Closing Report/Final Account, for the estate of RICHARD ROBERT HUGHES, II, Deceased. Said accounting may be heard and acted upon by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Guadalupe County Justice Center in Guadalupe County, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear and contest the account, if it is determined that contesting the account is proper, before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any contest, objection, intervention, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Guadalupe County, Texas, on or before the above-noted date and time. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
