Monday, the 4TH JANUARY, 2021, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, filed in said Court on the 26TH day of AUGUST, 2020 in a suit numbered 2020-51433 on the docket of said court, wherein GLEN WILLIAMS (AS INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR IN THE ESTATE OF MARIE ELIZABETH WILLIAMS) is Plaintiff(s) and LYDIA HAWKINSON, AGNES WILLIAMS, FRED VOGT, OSCAR VOGT AND THEIR HEIRS are Defendant(s), the nature of plaintiff’s demand being and the said petition alleging: 6.00 acres of land out of the Joseph Miller Survey, Survey A-50, in Harris County, Texas, described at Tract 1 in that Deed to Agnes Williams dated January 11, 1969, recorded in Volume 7486, Page 19, Deed records, Harris County, Texas Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation for four consecutive weeks previous to the 4TH day of JANUARY, 2021, in some newspaper published in the County of HARRIS, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the 31ST day of DECEMBER, 2020, which is forty-two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day.
