The SECOND AMENDED PETITION FOR DIVORCE of SAHER MOHAMMED NABULSY, Petitioner(s), was filed in the 328th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas on the 17th day of January, 2019 against MONICA MARGARET NABULSY, Respondent(s); numbered 19-DCV-258903, and entitled IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF SAHER MOHAMMED NABULSY AND MONICA MARGARET NABULSY AND IN THE INTEREST OF LAYLA NABULSY AND LINA NABULSY, CHILDREN. The suit requests that THE BONDS OF MATRIMONY BE DISSOLVED as is more fully shown by Petition on file in this suit.
