PR-20-03499-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Louis Don McGrew, Sr., Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, December 07, 2020, to answer the Application for Issuance of Letters of Administration, Determination of Heirship and for Creation of a Court-Ordered Independent Administration filed by Darrell Reynard McGrew, on the October 29, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of Louis Don McGrew, Sr., Deceased, No. PR-20-03499-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on July 12, 2020 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Louis Don McGrew, Sr., Deceased.
