PLAINTIFF’S WERE TRAVELING IN A NISSAN ALTIMA ON THE MIDDLE LANE HEADING NORTH ON 1500 LEE TREVINO, WHEN DEFENDANT FAILED TO REMAIN IN HIS LANE AND STRUCK PLAINTIFF’S VEHICLE IN THE REAR LEFT SIDE. THE ACCIDENT RESULTED IN THE INJURIES AND DAMAGES COMPLAINED OF HEREIN. THE OFFICER EXECUTING THIS WRIT SHALL PROMPLTY SERVE THE SAME ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS OF LAW AND THE MANDATES THEREOF, AND MAKE DUE RETURN AS THE LAW DIRECTS. as per attached and as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
