CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: John Franklin Hendrix, Kathryn Elizabeth Nolan, David Brian Hendrix and Robert Walter Hendrix IN RE: CAUSE NO. 2020-PC-0328 ESTATE OF CAROL HENDRIX a/k/a CAROLE GAY HENDRIX, DECEASED IN THE COUNTY COURT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS You are hereby commanded to appear before the Presiding Judge Kyle Kutscher, County Court of Guadalupe County, Texas, at the Guadalupe County Justice Center of said County in Seguin, Texas, located at 211 West Court Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 there and then to answer to the APPLICATION TO PROBATE A COPY OF A WILL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY filed on November 02, 2020 by JOSEPH ANDREW HENDRIX in Cause Number 2020-PC-0328, in the ESTATE OF CAROL HENDRIX, a/k/a CAROLE GAY HENDRIX, DECEASED. Said APPLICATION TO PROBATE A COPY OF A WILL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY requests that citation issue as required by law to all persons interested in this Estate; that the copy of the Will be admitted to probate; that Letters Testamentary be issued to Joseph Andrew Hendrix; and that all other Orders be entered as the Court may deem proper. Said application may be heard and acted upon by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the County Court in Guadalupe County, Texas.
