CITATION BY PUBLICATION- APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF LOUIS ERNEST BOSBY JR, DECEASED Cause No. 00011457 in County Probate Court, Lavaca County, Texas The alleged heir(s) at law in Cause No. 00011457, the Estate of LOUIS ERNEST BOSBY JR, DECEASED, filed an Application to Determine Heirship and for Letters of Administration in this estate on 23rd day of November, 2020, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of LOUIS ERNEST BOSBY JR, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interests in such estate. The Court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m. 12/07/2020, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Lavaca County Courthouse Annex, 412 N.
