PR-20-03118-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Kimberly Ann Muma, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, December 14, 2020, to answer the Application for Letters of Independent Administration and for Appointment of Independent Administrator without Bond Pursuant to §401.003 Texas Estates and for Determination of Heirship filed by Justin Daniel Muma, on the September 29, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of Kimberly Ann Muma, Deceased, No. PR-20-03118-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on June 18, 2020 in Wylie, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Kimberly Ann Muma, Deceased.
