The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Iglesia Pentecostal Unida of Athens, Inc. is Plaintiff and The Unknown Shareholders of Pentecostal Evangelistic Association, Inc. is defendant. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: a parcel of real property and all of the improvements on that property located in Henderson County, Texas. The real property is described as follows: All of Lot No. Seven (7) and Lot No. Eight (8) in Block One (1) of the West Heights Addition No. 2 to the City of Athens, Texas. as shown by plat of said addition recorded in Volume 68, Page 445 of the Real Property Records of Henderson County, Texas. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
