Plaintiff vs. MARY EDWINA MIDDLETON JACKS, DONNA SERVELLO, DEBORAH ANN ADRIAN, SEAN LOUISE PARK, MARY ALISON CHAMBERS, THE UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF GAIL RUTH MIDDLETON DELAY, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN DESCENDANTS OF JEAN EVELYN MIDDLETON BAKER, DECEASED, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF GLENDA MIDDLETON, DECEASED, Defendants. The names of the parties to the cause are as follow: SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and Unknown Descendants of GAIL RUTH MIDDLETON DELAY, Deceased, the Unknown Descendants of JEAN EVELYN MIDDLETON BAKER, Deceased, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of GLENDA MIDDLETON, Deceased, are Defendants. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., its successors and assigns, by and through its attorney of record, Thuy Frazier of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, 1255 West 15th Street, Suite 1060, Plano, Texas 75075, brought suit in rem only, against Mary Edwina Middleton Jacks, Donna Servello, Deborah Ann Adrian, Sean Louise Park, Mary Alison Chambers, the Unknown Descendants of Gail Ruth Middleton Delay, Deceased, the Unknown Descendants of Jean Evelyn Middleton Baker, Deceased, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of Glenda Middleton, Deceased, and any other person(s) claiming any right, title, or interest through Glenda Middleton, as heir(s)-atlaw, to 2311 Edgewood Street, Liberty, Texas 77575 and legally described to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN CITY OF LIBERTY BEING KNOW AS LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 22, SUBDIVISION OF ELNETT B. PARTLOW, BOOK 319, PAGE 513 AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 319 PAGE 513 RECORDED ON 9-22-48 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF LIBERTY COUNTY, TEXAS as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
