THE ST ATE OF TEXAS To any Sheriff or any Constable within the State of Texas, GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to cause to be published, ONCE, not less than ten days before the return day thereof, exclusive of the date of publication, in a newspaper printed in Gaines County, Texas, the accompanying citation, of which the herein below following is a true copy: CITATION BY PUBLICATION ... THE STATE OF TEXAS, TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND /OR PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE EST ATE OF, CRUZ DESIREE LYNN, DECEASED CAUSE NUMBER 2858 PROBATE COURT OF GAINES COUNTY, TEXAS CRUZ JR JOSE, applicant, filed in the Probate Court of Gaines County, Texas, on IST day of December, 2020 an application for Declaration of Heirship upon the Estate of CRUZ DESIREE LYNN, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in this estate. Said application can be heard and acted on by said Court as early as 10 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Gaines County Courthouse in Seminole, Texas.
