CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS- COUNTY OF LUBBOCK- IN THE MATTER OF: WILLIAM FLOYD HOGAN, JR., Deceased NO. 2020-767,194 NOTICE TO: KAMI ALYSSE HOGAN, COLE MICHAEL HOGAN, LAMICHA MASSEY HOGAN, AS NATURAL PARENT AND NEXT FRIEND OF KINDYL LYNN HOGAN, A MINOR, and all the UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF: WILLIAM FLOYD HOGAN, JR., Deceased. GREETINGS: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code, that WILLIAM CADE HOGAN filed an APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP in the Estate of WILLIAM FLOYD HOGAN, JR., Deceased, pursuant to Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code in Cause No. 2020-767,194, in the COUNTY COURT of Lubbock County, Texas. The said Application being filed on 14TH DAY OF JULY, 2020.
