NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you." To: Mildred G. Davis or the Unknown Heirs to the Estate of Mildred G. Davis You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition for Trespass to Try Title and to Remove Cloud and Quiet Title at or before 10:00 A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, the 25th day of January, 2021 before the 457th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Texas at the Courthouse of said County in Conroe, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition for Trespass to Try Title and to Remove Cloud and Quiet Title was filed in said court on this the 25th day of September, 2020, in this case, numbered 20-09-11716-CV on the docket of said court. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: John Hart are Plaintiffs and Mildred G. Davis or the Unknown Heirs to the Estate of Mildred G. Davis are Defendants A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Mildred G. Davis if alive or if deceased, all known and unknown heirs, all known and unknown owners, any and all other persons, including adverse claimants owing or claiming any legal or equitable interest in and to the property made the basis of this trespass-to-try-title suit stating in such citation that Plaintiffs demand is a Trespass To Try Title and Suit to Quiet Title for possession of real properly legally described as: A tract or parcel of land containing five acres, more or less, located in the Marshall H. Short survey, Abstract No. 509, in Montgomery County, Texas; being more particularly described by metes and bounds in a deed from Louis Clark to F.B. (Ferdie) Washington and wife, Ida Washington dated May 20, 1947 and recorded in volume 269, page 438 of the deed records of Montgomery, Texas; save and except a tract of parcel of land containing 0.214 of an acre, more or less, described by metes and bounds in a deed recorded in volume 337, page 270 of the deed records of Montgomery County, Texas. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition for Trespass to Try Title and to Remove Cloud and Quiet Title on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due as the law directs.
