THE STATE OF TEXAS: Cause # 19-0306 IN THE 71ST DISTRICT COURT IN THE INTEREST OF A CHILD OF HARRISON COUNTY, TEXAS TO: SHAMMENTIA BENJAMIN GREETING: NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you." You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the ORIGINAL PETITION FOR PROTECTION OF A CHILD, FOR CONSERVATORSHI, AND FOR TERMINATION IN SUIT AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP, at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, December 28, 2020, before the Honorable 71ST District Court of Harrison County, at the Courthouse in said County in Marshall, Texas.
