MCKINSEY, JR.; AND ANNIE PEARL MCKINSEY LUSK is Respondent A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; THIS PROCEEDING CONCERNS THE FORCLOSURE OF A LEIN ON THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 630 RAILROAD AVENUE, SHEPHERD, TX 77371 AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED TO THE DEED OF TRUST DATED MAY 16, 2005 AND RECORDED JUNE 5, 2005 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 05-3458 IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF SAN JACINTO COUNTY, TEXAS. as is more fully shown by Petitioner’s Petition on file in this suit.
