NOTICE TO RESPONDENT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty two (42) days after date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JEWEL MCKINSEY WILLIAMS, CLARA MCKINSEY AND JOHN A. MCKINSEY, JR. Respondent, Greeting: You are commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Petitioner’s petition at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 25TH of JANUARY, 2021 at or before 10 o’clock a.m., before the 258TH Judicial District Court of Texas, at the Courthouse in Coldspring, Texas. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Petitioner and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JEWEL MCKINSEY WILLIAMS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF CLARA MCKINSEY, DECEASED; GERALDINE MCKINSEY SPELMAN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JOHN A. MCKINSEY, JR.; AND ANNIE PEARL MCKINSEY LUSK is Respondent A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; THIS PROCEEDING CONCERNS THE FORCLOSURE OF A LEIN ON THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 630 RAILROAD AVENUE, SHEPHERD, TX 77371 AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED TO THE DEED OF TRUST DATED MAY 16, 2005 AND RECORDED JUNE 5, 2005 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 05-3458 IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF SAN JACINTO COUNTY, TEXAS. as is more fully shown by Petitioner’s Petition on file in this suit. If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
