Monday, the 1ST day of FEBRUARY 2021, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the Plaintiffs Original Petition and Requests for Disclosure, filed in said Court on the 1st day of September 2017, in a suit numbered 2017-57786 docket of said court, wherein the Plaintiff, ELLIOTT, ARCHIBALD and the Defendant(s), MORALES TIZOL, PATRICIO JOSE and MORALES, SALVADOR the nature of plaintiff’s demand and the said petition alleging: Motor Vehicle Accident On or about May 6, 2016, Plaintiff’ was traveling southbound on Kirby Dr. in Harris County, Texas, when suddenly and without warning, Defendant Morales failed to control the speed of his vehicle and struck the rear end of the Plaintiff’s vehicle. As a result of the incident, Plaintiff sustained serious personal injuries. Defendant Tizol is the owner of the vehicle that Defendant Morales was driving when the collision that forms the basis of this complaint took place. Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of FEBRUARY 1ST , 2021, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the 27TH day of JANUARY 2021, which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said court on said return day this Writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed same.
