MULBERRY St. COUNTY CLERK KAUFMAN, TEXAS 75142 (469) 376-4738 CITATION BY PUBLICATION Cause No. 20P-242-2 ALL HEIRS WHOSE NAMES AND/0R WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN OF Carl RayLewis To be and appear before the County Court at Law 2 of Kaufman County, Texas to be holden in and for the County of Kaufman, at the Court House thereof, in the city of Kaufman, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, said returnable date being now here fixed as Monday, the 4th day of January, 2021, then and there to answer to the petition of Princess Mckeown, filed in said Court on the 18th day of December, 2020 in the matter of the Estate of: Carl Ray Lewis Sr., No. 20P-242-2, on the Probate Docket of said court, and alleging in substance as follows, to-wit: Applicant, Princess S. McKeown, files this Application To Determine Heirship and shows the court the following: Decedent, Carl Ray Lewis, died intestate on 12th day of April, 2019, at the age of 62 years in Kaufman, Texas. Decedent's known heirs are Princess S. McKeown and Carl Ray Lewis, Jr. Decedent owned personal property at an undetermined amount. Applicant prays that citation issue as required by law; that an attorney ad litem be appointed to represent the interests of unknown heirs; that upon hearing hereof, this Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent and their respective shares and interests in this Estate; and that a necessity exists for an administration of Decedent's Estate.
