The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: The plaintiff is Major Dwayne Wiley. The defendants are Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc., Margie Waller, Jessie Bishop, Ronald Waller, Jr., Ashlie Waller, Ashlie Denmon, and Brandie Matt, The Known Heirs-at-Law of Ronald Arthur Waller, Deceased; and The Unknown Heirs of Ronald Arthur Waller, Deceased.
