IVEY, THE SURVIVING FATHER OF DECEDENT; NORMA IVEY, THE SURVIVING MOTHER OF DECEDENT; FRANK B. IVEY, THE SURVIVING BROTHER OF DECEDENT; KRISTIE M. HAND, THE SURVIVING DAUGHTER OF DECEDENT; AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF KAY M. IVEY, DECEDENT, TO ENFORCE THE LOAN AGREEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3621 WASHINGTON ST., PASADENA, TX 77503 AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS: LOT TWENTY THREE (23), IN BLOCK THREE (3), OF PARKWOOD, A SUBDIVISION IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF IN VOLUME 46, PAGE 21 OF THE MAP RECORDS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of DECEMBER 28, 2020, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the DECEMBER 22, 2020, which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day.
