Monday, the 8TH FEBRUARY, 2021, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the PLAINTIFFS’ FIRST AMENDED PETITION, filed in said Court on the 6TH day of FEBRUARY, 2020 in a suit numbered 2019-21423 on the docket of said court, wherein KARINA LICCIONI AND JUSTIN LICCIONI (INDIVIDUALLY AND AS NEXT FRIEND OF J L {A MINOR}) are Plaintiff(s) and DREUCIELA LADELL MOORE is Defendant(s), the nature of plaintiff’s demand being and the said petition alleging: On or about January 6, 2019, Plaintiffs were traveling east on Mercantile Parkway in Harris County, Texas. Defendant was traveling north on Grand Parkway North when she failed to yield right of way and collided with Plaintiffs’ vehicle. The lights at the intersection of Grand Parkway North and Mercantile were not functioning at the time of the collision; however, all sides were flashing red. As a result of the above described collision, Plaintiffs suffered personal injuries. Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation for four consecutive weeks previous to the 8TH day of FEBRUARY, 2021, in some newspaper published in the County of HARRIS, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the 3rd day of FEBRUARY, 2021, which is forty-two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said court on said return day this Writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed same.
