THE STATE OF TEXAS CC22738 NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two (42) days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. TO: LORENZO RUIZ, DEFENDANT, You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before ten o'clock a.m. on the Monday after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being on the 1st day of February, 2021, before the Honorable County Courts-At-Law of Midland County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County. Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed in said court on AUGUST 28, 2020 in this cause, numbered CC22738 on the docket of said court, and styled: FIRST FINANCIAL BANK, N.A. vs. LORENZO RUIZ A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: WHEREFORE , Plaintiff, First Financial Bank, N.A., requests it be granted judgment against Defendant, Lorenzo Ruiz, for the following: (a) the total unpaid deficiency due and owing to Plaintiff in the sum of $22,487.23, plus prejudgment interest accruing from August 25, 2020 until judgment; (b) reasonable attorney's fees; (c) post-judgment interest and court costs as provided by law; and (d) for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled either in law or in equity. As is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
