THE STATE OF TEXAS, CITATION BY PUBLICATION. TO: The Unknown Heirs of WILLIAM CHARLES DELAFOSSE, Deceased. You are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the County Court at Law No. 2 of Angelina County, Texas, in Lufkin, Texas, at or before 10:00 o'clock am. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication hereof, being at or before 10:00 o'clock am. on Monday, the __ day of , 2020, then and there to answer the Application for Letters of Administration and Declaration of Heirship in Cause No.120-20-PR, styled, Estate of William Charles DeLaFosse, Deceased", in which Charles Jay DeLaFosse has applied for Letters of Administration. The said Application to Determine Heirship requests that a determination be made by the Court as to the heirs and interest of each heir. The Court has authority in this matter to enter an order and provide for the division of the estate which will be binding on you.
