PR-20-04177-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Craig Manfredi, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, January 18, 2021, to answer the Application for Letters of Independent Administration and Motion to Determine Heirship and notice of filing of Registered Agent filed by Daryl Manfredi, on the December 22, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Craig Manfredi, Deceased, No. PR-20-04177-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on November 14, 2020 in Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Craig Manfredi, Deceased.
