PR-20-04179-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF James Wise Harding, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, January 18, 2021, to answer the Application To Determination Of Heirship And For Independent Administration And Letters Of Administration Pursuant To Section 401.003 Of The Texas Estates Code filed by James Harding, on the December 22, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: James Wise Harding, Deceased, No. PR-20-04179-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on April 29, 2020 in Langston, Logan County, Oklahoma, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of James Wise Harding, Deceased.
