CAUSE NUMBER 2020-767,661 NOTICE TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF, DENNIS BEAUDET, Deceased GREETINGS: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code, that Section §202.052 of the Texas Estates Code in Cause No. 2020-767,661, in the COUNTY COURT of Lubbock County, Texas. The said Application having been filed on 30TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2020. All persons claiming to be an heir of DENNIS BEAUDET, Deceased who believe that they have an interest to the said estate, should the following person, prior to the hearing on the said application of the estate: VIC WANJURA, 3217 34TH STREET, LUBBOCK, TEXAS 79410, (806) 783-8700. Failure to notice the above person or fail to appear at the hearing on the said application to the estate. WILL WAIVE ALL INTEREST YOU MAY HAVE WITH REGARD TO THE ESTATE OF DENNIS BEAUDET. All named heirs are hereby cited and commanded to appear by filing a written answer before the County Court of Lubbock County, Texas, the courthouse of said county in the city of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, to be filed the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of service, exclusive of the day of such service, which day and date of service shall be the date of publication that this newspaper bears, by filing a written answer should they or any of them desire to do so, in said proceeding. This is a suit to determine the heirs of the deceased, and to distribute their assets to their lawful heirs.
