LYNN PAULA SCHRETTER filed an APPLICATION FOR HEIRSHIP DETERMINATION, REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATION AND MOTION FOR CONTSTRUCTIVE TRUST in in the above-numbered and -entitled estate on January 07, 2021, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of ALAN DAVID SHRETTER, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.
