This suit is an eminent domain proceeding in which the State of Texas is condemning a tract of land located in Dallas County, Texas, containing a 0.1 182-acre (5,150 square feet) easement located in the Pollard Kirkland Survey, Abstract No. 746, Dallas County, Texas, said 0.1 182-acre easement being out of Tract One, a called 103.930-acre tract conveyed from Karen Lynn Drummond to Lee Ann Hill, by Special Warranty Deed dated October 26, 2000 and recorded in Document No. 2001 1292297 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas (O.P.R.D.C.), such property being fully described in Exhibit “A” of Plaintiffs Petition for Condemnation led under the above-referenced cause number.
