This lawsuit is based on a motor-vehicular collision occurring on or about February l9, 201 9 at or near the the intersection of S. Jupiter Road and Forest Lane, Dallas, Texas. The collision was proximately caused by the negligence of Defendant. At the time of the collision, Defendant was negligent in one or more ways. The above-referenced accident was proximately caused by the negligence and/or recklessness of the Defendant. As a result of Defendant’s actions, Plaintiff has suffered severe bodily, economic, and mental injuries for which Plaintiff sues.
