No. 20200600PR1 County Court of McLennan County, Texas On the 11th day of January, 2021, Deborah Warner and Alisa Keen filed an Application to Determine Heirship. Deborah Warner of Waco, McLennan County, Texas (“Applicant 1”) and Alissa Keen of Waco, McLennan County, Texas (“Applicant 2,” together with Applicant 1, “Co-Applicants”) furnish the following information to the Court: Dolores Margaret Keen, “Decedent,” died intestate on September 30, 2020, at Waco, McLennan County, Texas, at the age of 79 years. Decedent’s domicile at the time of her death was Waco, McLennan County, Texas. The Court has jurisdiction and venue is proper because Decedent was domiciled in Texas and had a fixed place of residence in this County on the date of her death. Decedent owned real and personal property described generally as real estate, personal property, and financial accounts. The names and residences of all Of Decedent’s heirs, the relationship of each heir to Decedent, and the true interests of the Co-Applicants and of each of the heirs in the Estate of Decedent are as follows: Deborah Warner – Adult Daughter, Waco, Texas 76708, Interest 25%; Alisa Keen – Adult Daughter, Waco, Texas 76708, Interest 25%; Lauren Wandless – Adult Daughter, Midlothian, Texas 76065, Interest 25%; Jennifer Keen – Adult Daughter, Hewitt, Texas 76643, Interest 25%. Co- Applicants are daughters of the Decedent. Decedent was predeceased by her former husband, Tyler Keen. Decedent married Mr. Keen in approximately June 1962, and Decedent was divorced from Mr. Keen in approximately 1985. To the best of Co-Applicants’ knowledge, Decedent died intestate. The application does not omit any information required by Texas Estates Code Section 202.005. Co-Applicants pray that citation issue as required by law; that upon hearing hereof, this Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent and their respective shares and interests in this Estate; that an attorney ad litem be appointed to protect the interests of unknown heirs; and that all other orders be entered as the Court may deem proper. Said Application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publishing this citation, the same being the 02/08/2021 at the Courthouse thereof in Waco, McLennan County, Texas, at which time and place all persons interested in this Application to Determine Heirship, are hereby cited and required to appear by filing a written answer and contest to said application.
