THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION Case Number 35035 To UNKNOWN HEIRS DAVID EDWARD OSBORNE, Applicant, on JANUARY 11, 2021 FILED AN APPLICATION FOR JUDICIAL DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP. in a proceeding styled: MICHAEL EUGENE OSBORNE, Deceased, and bearing the number of 35035 in the County Court of Bell County, Texas.
