Monday, the 1ST day of MARCH 2021, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file a written answer to the PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION AND REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURE, filed in said Court on the 14TH day of APRIL 2020, in a suit numbered 2020-23367 docket of said court, wherein ANITA RENFRO, the Plaintiffs LAURI DAVIS, the Defendant, the nature of plaintiff’s demand and the said petition alleging: MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT SUMMARY You are hereby notified that suit has been brought by Plaintiff ANITA RENFRO (by and through her attorney of record, Everett Day, Everett Day & Associates PLLC, 1811 Bering Drive, Suite 300, Houston , Texas 77057), for injuries and damages sustained in an automobile collision with LAURI DAVIS, on June 8, 2018. On this date, Plaintiff ANITA RENFRO was travelling southbound on State Highway 6. Defendant LAURI DAVIS was traveling southbound behind Plaintiff and not paying attention when she rear-ended Plaintiff. Plaintiff alleges that on the date of the collision, Defendant LAURI DAVIS was negligent in the operation of her motor vehicle, and that her negligence was the cause of the collision and the injuries that she sustained. Notice thereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the 1ST day of MARCH 2021, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on FEBRUARY 23RD 2021 which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day.
