PR-20-04237-3 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Mariann Elizabeth Gilchrist, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 3 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, January 25, 2021, to answer the Application for Independent Administration and Determination of Heirship filed by William Eric Oldenburg, on the December 29, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Mariann Elizabeth Gilchrist, Deceased, No. PR-20-04237-3, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on November 27, 2020 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Mariann Elizabeth Gilchrist, Deceased.
