Greetings: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Petition on or before ten o'clock a.m. of the first MONDAY after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being Monday, the 25th day of January, 2021 at or before 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable Judicial District Court, Sabine County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Hemphill, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Petition was filed in said court on the 26th day of March, 2019, in the Judicial District Court on the docket of said court CV1913679 and styled: STATE OF TEXAS VS SOHAIL MOIZ, ETAL AND $32,073.31 US CURRENCY. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: SOHAIL MOIZ, ETAL are Defendants. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: NOTICE OF SEIZURE AND INTENDED FORFEITURE as is more fully shown by plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this process shall promptly execute this same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
