Citation by Publication to all heirs regarding an Application to Determine Heirship of Independent Administration CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF FLOYD TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF RUBEN ASCENSIO, DECEASED, Cause No. 6136 in County Court of Floyd County 105 S. Main, Room 101 Floydada, Texas 79235. MERCEDES SANCHEZ, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate filed on the 9th day of September, 2020 an APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISISTRATOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION of the said estate and requests that the said Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the said RUBEN ASCENSIO, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interest in such estate. Said application may be heard at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on or after the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Floyd County Court in Floydada, Floyd County, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court, on or before, above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
