Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block “A” in the Richardson Subdivision in Block No. One (1) of the Doughty Subdivision of the Isaac Decker League in the County of Travis, in the City of Austin, State of Texas, according to the map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Book No. 2 at page 193 of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas (the “Property”) with a street address of 2101 Eva Street, Austin, Texas 78704.
