JOHNSON, 716 South Main Street, Nicholasville, KY 40356 DEFENDANT, Greeting: You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition and Request for Disclosure at or before 10 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, March 8, 2021, at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. before the Honorable 71st Judicial District Court of Harrison County, Texas at the Harrison County Courthouse, located at 200 West Houston Street, in Marshall, Texas 75671. The case is numbered 20-0421; styled, Elisa Rochelle Turner v. Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc., Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc. d/b/a PECCO, Inc., PECO, Inc., Jesse T. Johnson, and Geico County Mutual Insurance Company, and the Plaintiff’s Original Petition and Request for Disclosure was filed in said court on May 8, 2020. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: The plaintiff is Elisa Rochelle Turner. The defendants are Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc., Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc. d/b/a PECCO, Inc., PECO, Inc., Jesse T. Johnson, and Geico County Mutual Insurance Company. The attorney for the Plaintiff is Brent Goudarzi, whose address is Goudarzi & Young, LLP, P.O. Drawer 910, Gilmer, Texas 75644. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: This is an auto personal injury lawsuit in which Plaintiff is seeking damages from the Defendants arising from a motor vehicle accident occurring on July 1, 2018 in Marshall, Harrison County, Texas as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition and Request for Disclosure on file in this suit.
