CITATION – ACCOUNT FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT PROBATE NO. 19-0075 THE STATE OF TEXAS To any Sheriff or Constable within the State of Texas---Greetings: You are hereby commanded to cause to be published, ONCE, not less than ten days before the return date thereof, exclusive of the date of publication, in a newspaper printed in Bandera County, Texas, the accompanying citation, of which the herein below following is a true copy. CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS: TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF: JOANN IVY BEDNAR NO. 19-0075, Probate Court of Bandera County, Texas, TIMOTHY WAYNE HAECKER, Guardian in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an Account for Final Settlement of the said Joann Ivy Bednar. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after the 8 day of February 2021, at 10 o’ clock A.M., that being the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the County Courthouse,500 Main Street, Bandera, Texas. All interested persons in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this application should they desire to do so.
