Monday, the 15TH day of MARCH 2021, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the Plaintiffs Original Petition for Trespass to Try Title Quiet Title and Declaratory Relief, filed in said Court on the OCTOBER 7, 2020, in a suit numbered 2020-64032 docket of said court, wherein SUMMIT LAND TRUST, the Plaintiff, and GEORGE O. JACKSON, LONNIE MAE JACKSON, AND/OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF GEORGE O. JACKSON AND LONNIE MAE JACKSON the Defendants, the nature of plaintiff’s demand and the said petition alleging: Trespass of Try Title SUMMARY Summit Land Trust has initiated suit against George O. Jackson and Lonnie Mae Jackson stating Plaintiff’s demand is a Trespass To Try Title and Suite to Quiet Title for possession of real property as outlined in the Original Petition and legally described as: The South one-half of lots 7 & 8, Block 7, Settegast & Dodge Addition, City of Houston, Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 330, page 339, deed Records of Harris County, Texas. (Hereinafter referred to as the Lester Property) Being the same property conveyed in a deed dated May 26, 1958 from Thomas R. Castrow, a single man to George O. Jackson and wife Lonnie Mae Jackson, recorded in Volume 3530, Page 496 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas. Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of MARCH 15, 2021, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the 10TH day of MARCH, 2021, which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said court on said return day this Writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed same.
