Know ye that an Original Petition has been filed by Marcus Tyrone Brown, that the same is now pending in the District Court of Harris County, Texas under Cause No. 2017-78329 in the 269th District Court and styled Marcus Tyrone Gordon v. Ouida Brown and Tammy Michelle Davis and that the general nature of the proceeding is to determine declaratory relief and to quiet title of the property located at 210 Blueberry Street, Houston, Texas (“the Property”). This Citation by Publication is returnable to said Court on the first Monday, following 42 days, but not less than 28 days, after date of publication, exclusive of the date of publication, being Monday, the 15TH day of March, 2021. All unknown heirs and persons interested in the Property should make a defense of this pleading no later than 10:00 a.m., the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the first date of publication.
