To: DANNY LEON SNEED, III Defendant(s): GREETING NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 AM on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you." You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10:00 o’clock AM on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, March 14, 2021, before the Honorable County Court at Law of Bowie County, at the Courthouse in said County in New Boston, Texas. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed on 12th day of November, 2020 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: TO RECOVER A JUDGMENT AGAINST DANIEL LEON SNEED, III, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,111,16 DUE ON THE GUARANTY MADE BY LEDWELL IN THE PLEDGE AND ASSIGNMENT OF FUNDS ON DEPOSIT, WHICH REPRESENTS THE DEFICIENCY OF DEFENDANT’S LOAN OBLIGATIONS TO GUARANTY BANK & TRUST, N.A., AS GUARANTEED BY LEDWELL. IN ADDITION TO THE DEFICIENCY AMOUNT, PLAINTIFF IS ALSO SEEKING TO RECOVER NECESSARY COSTS, EXPENSES, AND ATTORNEY’S FEES, AS WELL AS PRE-JUDGMENT AND POST-JUDGMENT INTEREST, as is more fully shown by the Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.
