The petition of THE DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES, Petitioner, was filed in the 326th Court of Taylor County, Texas on MAY 15, 2020 against VINNESSA MAGEE; CHRISTOPHER WILLIS; DAVIANO FERNANDEZ numbered 10004-CX and entitled :“IN THE INTEREST OF K.W. D.F. CHILDREN The suit request: termination of the parent-child relationship. The date and place of birth of the child who is the subject of the suit: Damacio Fernandez, (Born July 15, 2013 in Abilene, TX).
